Overview

Health Copilot AI platform services are designed as modern web-based and mobile applications. Customers must maintain compatible devices, browsers, operating systems, and network configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Points:

  • These requirements apply to all Health Copilot AI services unless specific guidance is provided during implementation
  • Supported environments may be updated to maintain security, performance, and compatibility
  • Material changes will be communicated at least 60 days in advance when operationally feasible; security updates may occur without advance notice
  • Service Level Agreements apply only to supported environments

Web-Based Applications

Browsers

Health Copilot AI supports modern, evergreen browsers maintained by their vendors with automatic security updates:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari (macOS and iPadOS)

Requirements:

  • Current or previous major release version
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled
  • TLS 1.2 or later support

Operating Systems

Desktop/Laptop:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • macOS 10.15 or later
  • Modern Linux distributions receiving active security updates

Tablets:

  • iPadOS 14 or later
  • Android 10 or later

Display

  • Minimum resolution: 1280 x 720
  • Recommended: 1920 x 1080 or higher

Mobile Applications

iOS:

  • iOS 14.0 or later
  • Compatible iPhone and iPad devices
  • Minimum 200 MB available storage

Android:

  • Android 10.0 or later
  • Minimum 2GB RAM
  • Google Play Services required
  • Minimum 200 MB available storage

Internet Connectivity

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload
  • Stable broadband, cable, fiber, or 4G LTE connection
  • Outbound HTTPS access (port 443) to *.healthcopilotai.com

Optimal Performance:

  • 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload
  • Wired connection or high-quality Wi-Fi

Security & Compliance

General Requirements:

  • TLS 1.2 or later
  • Modern cipher suite support
  • Device security updates current
  • Corporate firewall allowlisting for *.healthcopilotai.com

For HIPAA-Regulated Services:

  • Business Associate Agreement required
  • Device encryption enabled
  • Additional security requirements provided during implementation

Health Copilot AI services target WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and support:

  • Screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Keyboard navigation
  • Adjustable text sizing
  • High contrast modes

API & Integration Requirements

For programmatic access and system integrations:

  • HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or later
  • OAuth 2.0 or API key authentication
  • Rate limits vary by service and subscription tier

Updates become effective when posted with a new version date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated requirements.

Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible environments per the current requirements posted on this page.
